Obedience in times of trial



Hello, hello. How are you? 🌹

*May the trial not take you away from God 💥

BE STRENGTHENED ❤️🔥

Gen 22:9 And when they came to the place which God had spoken unto him, Abraham set up an altar there, and put away the wood. And he bound Isaac his son, and set him on the altar over the wood.

Gen 22:10 And Abraham put forth his hand, and took the knife, and slew his son.

Gen 22:11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham! Abraham! And he said, Here I am.

Gen 22:12 And the angel said, Lay not thy hand upon the child, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, and hast not withheld thy son, thy only son, from me.

Gen 22:13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw behind him a ram held in a bush by the horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it for a burnt offering instead of his son.

💥Wow Abraham, what faith, what submission, what love, what fear!

💥Wow Isaac, what confidence!

Lord, I don't want to look left and right when you give me instruction that seems odd.

I want to be quick to obey you even if people try to talk me out of it.

I imagine if Sarah had known. 😁😁🤣🤣

*@* Lord, help us to have complete and blind trust in you.

*@* Help us to love you more than anything.

I mean: *even if I have nothing, I will continue to trust you*

*@* Even if I don't see your promises materialize, I will continue to trust and love you.

*@* Even if marriage, pregnancy, healing, employment, wealth, emotional and spiritual stability, salvation from someone I pray for..... delay, *I will continue to cling to you*.

*@* You are the only one I have. You know what's right for me.

*@* The trial can take as long as it takes, I don't want to turn away from you.

*@* The test is not meant to kill me or to take me away from you. It's meant to probe my heart, to make me grow, to go to a higher level.

*Thank you for the trials in my life Father. Strengthen me, keep me always in love with you.

*Lord Jesus, you yourself were tested at the cross and you won brilliantly, so we too cannot escape it, but we will win brilliantly like you.

*Strengthen us, we need it. ❤️👌🏼

💥And if the devil would take through this trial to destroy us or take us away from you, you give us the strength to stand firm.
