[16] It is from him, and through all the bonds of his assistance, that the whole body, being well coordinated and forming a solid assembly, draws its increase according to the strength that suits each of its parts, and builds itself up in love.   [17] This, then, I say and declare in the Lord, that you must no longer walk like the Gentiles, who walk according to the vanity of their thoughts. [18] Their minds are darkened, they are alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts. [19] Having lost all feeling, they have given themselves over to dissolution, to commit every kind of impurity combined with greed. [20] But you did not learn Christ in this way, [21] at least you heard him, and in him, according to the truth which is in Jesus, you were taught to strip yourselves, [22] having regard to your past life, of the old man which is corrupted by deceitful lusts, [23] to be renewed in the spirit of your mind, [24] and to put on the new man, created according to God in righteousness and holiness which truth produces.

🔆 Lord, help us to set our minds on things above, on things that are not perishable, on eternal things rather than on perishable things.

🔆Father, we want to cling to your word, to your instructions and above all and above all to you.

🔆We want to get rid of all kinds of sins, we want to love, we want to forgive, we want to fully fulfill our destiny, we want to gladden your heart.

🔆 Thank you because you help us through your Spirit.
