Not everyone necessarily bears the same fruit, the same quantity or quality of fruit. What You want, Lord, is that we bear this fruit not for our glory, not so that others will look at us, but for Your glory and out of love for others. People will come to us because we have borne fruit, but will they be considered? Will they be accepted by us? You ask us to love others. May our service to You be directed toward others and not toward our ego, our self-satisfaction, our desire to appear in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us love people.
