..... This is not a surname, but a title meaning "the Anointed One" (the one who has received an anointing with holy oil). Jesus is the Anointed One par excellence, the definitive anointed one, because he combines the three functions: he is King, Priest, and Prophet.

1. Baptism as "Death and Resurrection"

Immersion symbolizes the death of the "old self" (sin), and coming out of the water symbolizes the birth of a "new being."

2. Baptism in the Spirit and Fire

Here, the biblical definition is no longer physical water, but an inner purification and an embodiment of divine power.

3. Incorporation into the "Body of Christ"

On a communal level, being baptized is defined as the act of being grafted into a collective entity.

4. The pledge of a clear conscience toward God. This is a legal and moral act of faithfulness.

Lord, you do not look at religion or denominations.

You are not divided, and you do not preach division.

💥The work we do is not for ourselves, but for You.

This is Your church, and it is one in You.

O Lord, grant us the grace to serve You for Your glory and not for our own.
